Licensed Home Inspectors
Inspecting Homes in Florida’s Panhandle
We’re Here to Help
The Point Blank Property Inspections team has three inspectors who are here to help you. In other words, you’ll never have to wait for an extended period of time before your inspection!
Casy Lloyd (Owner/Operator)
Casy is a licensed and insured home inspector for the state of Florida. He is a proud ASHI member and carries one of the best certifications in the industry. Casy is also a Certified Moisture Maintenance Inspector and has an additional 7+ years of experience in Wood Destroying Organisms (WDO) inspections.
He is a lifelong local of Walton County, recently retired from law enforcement, where he remains a reserve deputy for the Walton County Sheriff’s Office on a volunteer basis. Casy had a passion for home inspections, so he decided to transition into this industry after retiring from law enforcement. He loves that every day is new and comes with different challenges. He also really enjoys the investigation aspect of being a home inspector.
Casy enjoys spending his free time on the beach, golfing, traveling, and fishing.

Special Industry Tools
The team at Point Blank Property Inspections uses a combination of visual inspections and special tools to determine what shape your future home is in. When they’re in your house, you may see them using:
Thermal Imaging – This innovative technology makes it possible to see through walls without having to cut into them. We can see if there are any leaks and whether you have enough insulation. Additionally, this tool can determine hot spots and several other things.
Moisture Meter – A moisture meter is an imperative tool as it allows us to root out where moisture is accumulating inside your home. Even better, finding moisture sometimes allows us to find mold growth as well.
Our Service Area
Point Blank Property Inspections proudly serves much of Florida’s Panhandle area, including Santa Rosa Beach, Panama City Beach, Destin, Miramar Beach, and all along the NW Florida Panhandle.
